Why did you enter this storytelling contest?
I am an undergraduate student in the University of Yaounde. One under the department of African literature and civilization which has greatly influenced me in storytelling.
What does storytelling mean to you?
Storytelling refers to any past event that can either be a true stories or something imaginary. Stories are always told in specific hours and place that is during the evening and especially in villages depending on the context.
Why did you tell this story?
This has been a very touching situation that my famu and I have been bearing the pains for a long time. I chose the story because many people out there find themselves in the same situation like my family so i think it will inspire others to be careful as seen from the advise i gave at the end.
