Moving to a foreign country in my 40s was not part of my life plan. So rather than feel sorry for myself I have found myself thinking more and more about displaced persons of Africa and the impact it has emotionally and mentally on them.
On the 29th of September 2020, Shanice Ndlovu won the title of Africa’s Ultimate storyteller in spectacular fashion.
She delivered an intricate story through a child’s eyes that toyed with the line between wonder, nostalgia, fear, and mysticism.
